Our founder has significant capital markets experience and we offer a focused set of services to assist our clients in conceiving and defining their objectives.

We focus on growing, middle-market clients which may include private and public companies, including the portfolio companies of private equity firms and hedge funds.

PRINCIPAL INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES

Evolution is an innovative private investment firm that invests its capital in debt and equity securities of lower middle market public and private companies.

We seek opportunities to invest in established businesses with solid management teams, proven products and strong growth potential.

We generally focus on private companies seeking between $5 and $15 million in growth capital and public companies seeking between $10 and $30 million.

We consider ourselves to be an “investment accelerator” and will seek to be active creators of value for our portfolio companies.
